Shipping policy

1. Shipping Origin & Delivery Timeline

All orders are currently shipped from India.
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 days (may vary based on destination, customs clearance, or logistics delays).

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on all orders of C$170 and above.

  • For orders below C$170, standard shipping charges will apply at checkout.

3. GST & Local Delivery Charges

  • GST will be charged as applicable.

  • Local delivery charges (in case products are fulfilled through local stores outside India) will be on an actual basis, approx. C$5 per kg of weight.

4. International & Local Store Dispatch

If the product is shipped from a local store outside India, the delivery charges will depend on:

  • Local courier rates

  • Order weight

  • Delivery destination

These charges will be added at checkout.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • You will receive tracking details once the shipment is dispatched.

6. Customs & Import Duties

Depending on your country’s regulations, custom duties or import taxes may apply. These charges, if any, must be borne by the customer.
